Best time suggestion

Thursday 10:00 looks strongest for this account.

Set it up once, then stop thinking about it

1

Connect your accounts

Sign in to each page once. Copypen keeps the connection alive and refreshes the token in the background.

2

Fill the calendar

Write in the composer or pull a draft straight from the AI writer, then drop it on the day you want it live.

3

Walk away

A worker runs on schedule and publishes for you. If a post fails it retries instead of silently disappearing.

What the scheduler handles for you

One calendar for every channel

See the whole week in one view instead of four apps. Move a post to another day by changing its slot.

Best time to post

Copypen suggests slots from per-channel activity curves, so you are not guessing when your audience is awake.

Publishes directly, not through a middleman

Facebook, Instagram and Threads go straight to the Graph API, and TikTok through its own API — fewer moving parts between you and a live post.

Results come back to you

Reach and engagement are pulled back in, so the calendar shows what actually landed, not just what was sent.

Ideas and an assistant on hand

Stuck on a caption? Generate angles or ask the assistant to tighten a hook without leaving the composer.

A media library that stays put

Upload once and reuse. Images are sized per channel so you are not re-cropping the same photo four times.

Publish

Plan and schedule posts across your accounts

Write once, pick the accounts, choose a time, and let the queue carry it. A worker publishes on schedule whether or not you are online.

Analyze

See what actually landed

AI suggested time

Schedule posts on the hours your audience is actually awake

Pick a slot yourself, or let Copypen propose one. The suggestion comes from your own publishing history, not a generic “best time to post” article.

Learns from your own posts

It reads what you have already published and how each one performed, then maps it onto a 7-day by 24-hour grid.

Fair across networks

Four hundred likes on Instagram and twelve on Threads are not the same scale, so each post is scored against its own network median.

Works with thin data

Most accounts have never posted at 168 different hours. Nearby hours share weight, and quiet cells fall back to the baseline until real evidence outweighs it.

Useful on day one

A brand new account has no history, so each network starts from its own baseline curve and shifts to your data as it arrives.

Hours you have already filled are skipped, so suggestions never stack two posts on the same slot.

Rolling out in early access

Post Scheduler is already live for a limited group of users while we widen access channel by channel. AI Copywriting is available on every plan today — tell us about your accounts and we will let you know when a seat opens up.

About publishing

Which channels can it publish to?

Facebook, Instagram, Threads and TikTok. Each one connects with its own official sign-in — you never hand over a password.

What happens if a post fails?

It retries rather than vanishing, and the queue shows you the state of every scheduled post so nothing goes missing quietly.

Do I need to keep the app open?

No. Publishing runs on a scheduled worker, so posts go out whether or not you are logged in.

When can I use it?

It is built and running today, open to a limited group while we widen access. Get in touch and we will add you to the early access list.

Start writing now, schedule when you are in.

Your drafts and brand voice carry straight over to the calendar the day your seat opens.
