1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Copypen ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), including the website, applications, and any content generation tools (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
3. Account Registration and Eligibility

- Non-Exclusivity: Due to the nature of AI, you acknowledge that Output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar Output. This assignment does not extend to other users' Output.
- AI Disclaimer: You acknowledge that artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields. The Output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. You must manually review and verify all Output before use or publication. You agree not to rely on the Output as a sole source of truth or factual information, or as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
5. Acceptable Use Policy and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service or assist anyone else to do so. You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Generating Harmful Content: Creating or disseminating content that is illegal, defamatory, libelous, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence or self-harm.
- Misleading Content: Generating content that is intended to mislead others into believing it is entirely human-generated without proper disclosure (where required).
- Infringement: Creating content that infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights.
- Illegal Activities: Using the Service to generate advice or content regarding medical treatment, legal matters (contracts, litigation), financial investments, or political campaigning where such content is intended to substitute for professional advice or legally binding documents.
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying components of the Service or the AI models.
6. Fees and Payment
- Pricing: The Service is offered under various pricing plans (e.g., free tier, subscription, or pay-per-use). You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Service's pricing page or during the checkout process.
- Billing: All fees are generally non-refundable. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing date.

7. Intellectual Property
- Service IP: All intellectual property rights in the Service itself (excluding your Content), including our name, logo, software, design, algorithms, and models, are the exclusive property of Copypen or its licensors.
- License to Use: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COPYPEN OR ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
IN ALL CASES, COPYPEN'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Copypen and its affiliates, officers, directors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your Content, including any claim that your Content infringes the rights of a third party.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
